Hello! I’m Shijo Paul, an experienced Career & Life Coach, as well as an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach, with certifications and teaching credentials from ICAgile, SAFe (Scaled Agile), and Scrum Inc. Over my 27-year career, I began in traditional Waterfall projects, advancing from developer to lead and then Engineering Manager. Sixteen years ago, my Agile journey began during an Agile Transformation at Cisco Systems, where I embraced the role of Scrum Master, witnessing the remarkable impact Agile could bring to teams, leadership, and product development.

As my Agile expertise grew, I found myself supporting various product lines within my business unit and later coaching partner organizations like Infosys, Wipro, and Aricent. A defining moment came when I led a $2 billion product transformation to Agile—a monolithic, 20-million-line codebase—where I coached over 460 engineers and leaders to high-performing Scrum Teams. My experiences at Cisco ultimately fueled my decision to pursue coaching full-time, helping renowned organizations like Motorola, John Deere, Dell, and Fidelity Investments achieve successful Agile transformations.

Today, I deliver certification training’s  ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, and ICP-CAT (from ICAgile), and SAFe 6.0 courses, along with Scrum Inc.’s RSM, RPO, and Registered Value Stream Management. Holding a degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, I am a lifelong learner, recently exploring ICE-AC, Transactional Analysis and NLP. I enjoy sharing insights at gatherings and conferences worldwide. I am grateful to God for the journey so far and inspired by the endless opportunities ahead.
